Who We Are

NLRF (National Land Rights Forum) is a people’s organization representing the land-poor — including landless individuals, ex-bonded laborers, agricultural laborers, tenants, sharecroppers, and small-scale farmers. Established in 2004, NLRF has been at the forefront of Nepal’s land rights movement. It works to empower land-deprived communities, secure their land and tenancy rights, and promote social justice. The forum mobilizes communities, influences policy, and builds networks to strengthen the land and agrarian movement across Nepal.
